Avoid using hot water on your skin as it will stripe your skin of oils; use tepid water. Limit the time you spend in the shower, you will be helping your skin and the environment. 5. Reduce Stress
Reduce Stress as it play a major role in our overall wellbeing that is reflected in our health and skin. We know the rules, eat well, exercise and get plenty of rest but it seems this time of year it is harder.
