Zinnias

Every year I plant zinnia seeds and every year they are less than an inch and half wide. Clearly I am buying the wrong seeds as I lust after neighbors that have huge zinnias. What I love about small zinnias is if you look closely it appears as yellow flowers grow on top of the actual flower.
