My favorite stress relief essential oil is peppermint. Indigenous to Europe and discovered in 1753, peppermint is actually a hybrid of spearmint and water mint and you probably have it growing like weed in your backyard like I do. Pick some and rub the leaves together and inhale. Lately, I use my orange peppermint shea butter and rub it on my temples. The peppermint coupled with the orange is so uplifting!
