Fighting the signs of aging seems to be a battle that will never end. Getting older is inevitable, which means wrinkles are, too.  I love the wisdom and experience I gain with each passing birthday – the fine lines and dulling skin, not so much. I’ve noticed it most in my eye area. I can’t get away with late nights and little sleep anymore unless I want to wake up with dark circles and huge bags under my eyes. Even with a good eight hour slumber, the dull area under my eyes reminds me that my skin is not as supple as it used to be. HollyBeth Organics’ Eye Serum to the rescue!

under eyes' circles

We get so many calls from women about our eye cream and if our eye cream will diminish and/or erase the dark circles under the eyes. Dark circles under the eyes are attributed to so many different reasons: tanning, tiredness, allergies, heredity, smoking, eczema, drinking and according to the Mayo Clinic can even be caused the loss of weight. I like what the Mayo Clinic recommends as I have always said this: Camouflage. The right concealer can do just that – hide dark circles. If the circles under your eye are bluish, use a peach-colored concealer, not one that’s white or gray. Avoid scented products and those containing salicylic or glycolic acid, which can irritate delicate eye tissue, making redness and swelling worse. Having said this, I do believe that our eye cream (camellia oil, jojoba oil) provides the moisture and anti-oxidants in Vitamin E to keep the under eye area healthy. . This is our number one seller and I don’t believe it would be number 1 were it not for our wonderful customers who clearly feel they are getting results. Always use your ring finger and start on the outside of the eye and come in when using eye cream.
